Refund policy

Items can be reported for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Important: To protect against transit damage and fraud, a clear, unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory for all refund/return claims. The video must show the package seal being broken and the product being inspected for the first time. Without this video, we reserve the right to refuse a claim.

Exclusions

• Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" after the product has been shipped.

• Gym wear or personal health accessories cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
